Love to host but struggle with tablescape styling? We’re here to help. You relax—we’ll bring the magic. Our styling service takes the stress out of hosting. We design and style a beautiful tablescape using coordinated linens, tabletop décor, and seasonal accents, creating a polished and welcoming atmosphere for your gathering. You relax—we’ll take care of the details. Styling focuses on visual setup only and does not include food, florals, or rentals unless otherwise specified. Starting at $175 for: • One styled table • Up to 8 guests • Standard décor inventory • Setup + breakdown Additional fees will occur for: • Additional tables • Larger guest counts • Holiday or specialty themes • Extended install time
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy 🤍 We’re so excited to help bring your celebration to life! Because event planning begins long before the party day, please review the following before booking: • A non-refundable retainer or full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your date. • Once booked, your event date is reserved exclusively for you and preparations begin immediately. • All payments are non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation, illness, weather concerns, or no-shows. ✨ Rescheduling Option We understand that plans can change! One complimentary reschedule is available with at least 14 days notice, based on availability. Rescheduled events must take place within 90 days. 🌦 Weather Policy Refunds are not provided due to weather. If conditions are unsafe and we need to cancel, you’ll receive a reschedule or credit. 📝 Agreement By booking with Polie Party Co, you agree to these policies and acknowledge that payment serves as acceptance of our terms.
