Service Description
Included in this rental is our signature three-level flower display stand, thoughtfully designed to showcase up to 12 flower buckets. Florals are not included, but can be added to create a fully styled bouquet bar experience for an additional fee. This party takes place at the client’s chosen location. Travel fees may apply for events located more than 30 minutes from Traverse City. Floral Add-On: Take your bouquet bar to the next level with our floral add-on. We provide fresh, hand-selected blooms designed to mix and match beautifully, making it easy for guests to create something they love. Florals are available for an additional cost and can be customized to your event style. Floral Packages: Petite Bloom Package — $125 • Approx. 80–100 stems • 5–6 flower varieties + greenery • Ideal for small gatherings or light traffic events Classic Bouquet Bar — $195 • Approx. 140–160 stems • 7–8 flower varieties + greenery • Perfect for birthday parties, showers, or winery pop-ups Full Bloom Experience — $275 • Approx. 220–250 stems • 8–10 flower varieties + greenery • Best for high-traffic events or larger celebrations Customization Add-Ons • Custom color palette: + $25 • Premium-only stems upgrade: + $40–$75 • Seasonal specialty flowers (peonies, garden roses, etc.): Market price
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy 🤍 We’re so excited to help bring your celebration to life! Because event planning begins long before the party day, please review the following before booking: • A non-refundable retainer or full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your date. • Once booked, your event date is reserved exclusively for you and preparations begin immediately. • All payments are non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation, illness, weather concerns, or no-shows. ✨ Rescheduling Option We understand that plans can change! One complimentary reschedule is available with at least 14 days notice, based on availability. Rescheduled events must take place within 90 days. 🌦 Weather Policy Refunds are not provided due to weather. If conditions are unsafe and we need to cancel, you’ll receive a reschedule or credit. 📝 Agreement By booking with Polie Party Co, you agree to these policies and acknowledge that payment serves as acceptance of our terms.
