Professional setup, and takedown are all included in the rental price. Travel fees may apply for events located more than 30 minutes from Traverse City. Please refer to the menu options for detailed sizing information. Need more bounce time? Additional rental time may be added for an extra fee.
Cancellation Policy
Bounce House Booking & Weather Safety Policy 🏰 Your child’s safety is our top priority. Bounce houses are fun, but they are also weather-dependent, which means we must follow strict safety guidelines. 📅 Booking & Payment • Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your bounce house rental. • All bounce house bookings are non-refundable. This includes cancellations due to weather, illness, or change of plans. • Once booked, your date is secured and the unit is removed from availability. 🌦️ Weather & Safety Policy (Please Read Carefully) For the safety of all guests, bounce houses cannot be used in unsafe weather conditions. This includes: • Heavy rain • Thunder or lightning • Winds exceeding safe operating limits • Severe cold or extreme heat Polie Party Co reserves the right to cancel setup or require takedown at any time if weather conditions are deemed unsafe. Payment serves as agreement to all terms and policies above.
